This form is used for entering and
modifying the information about all available measurement devices at the
enterprise.
Each device description contains:
·
Device name by manufacturer
·
Device manufacturer
·
Factory number
·
Inventory number
·
Last proving date
·
Proving interval in months
·
Device picture
Measurement Device Database provides the following
information on each selected measuring device:
The number of measuring systems, where the selected
device is used,
The number of measuring operations, in which the
selected device is used,
The list of measurement types for the selected
device containing following characteristics:
measurement type
measurement unit
measurement range
measurement accuracy
in percents
catalog accuracy
2. Device Calibration Status
Database
The database on device calibration status
helps to avoid various situations when particular devices are used
despite its certification is over. In addition it allows for proper
scheduling of new certifications.
Calibration status screen allows viewing four device
lists as follows:
List of devices with
valid calibration status
List of devices which
need calibration within next month
List of devices which
must be calibrated
List of devices which are
not used
3. Measurement Systems Database
The database enables to enter, view and
modify the description of measurement systems. It contains the list of
the available Measurement systems. Each Measurement System contains the
list of measurement operations which are made in the system.
Measurement Systems Database allows reviewing the
following details for each selected measurement operation:
Metrological description
of each operation
Picture or diagram or
schema of the installation
Measurement device which
is used for the selected operation
Type of the measurement
for the selected operation.
4. System Data Monitoring
System data monitoring module allows for
quick reviewing and analyzing measurement data obtained from particular
operations. The module enables users to import all measurement data for
each operation into the system from any .TXT type file or enter it
manually. Any desirable sub-interval of the data set may be reviewed in
graphics in detail. The percent of reject is shown to obtain the value
of refuse.
There are two buttons which allows to get additional
graphs of measurement statistics as follows:
Detailed operation
analysis is available by pressing the "Data analysis"
button.
Group analysis of
operations by data related to the systems is available through
pressing the "System analysis" button.
5. Data Analysis
This module provides users with tools for
in-depth analysis of measurement data in each operation.
Data analysis screen presents the following
statistical parameters:
·The exact measurement value
·Mean value of measurement series
·Variance
·Reject (%)
Data analysis screen presents also the following
graphs:
Distribution of
measurement values
The whole measurement
data processed by Spenser filter
Variation of reject in
percents
Variance of measurements
6. System Analysis
This module provides users with the
option of analysis of operation groups on the data sets related to the
same system. Pair correlation coefficient are calculated and group
analysis is performed by clicking the button "Calculate and show
results".
The group analysis of obtained values along with the
correlation coefficients of respective series can help to identify the
reason, which may lead to obtaining poor measurement values, i.e.
identify if the source of the problem is in measuring equipment or in
manufacturing equipment.
Utilities
MCCT offers several additional system utilities as
follows:
Enterprise data back-up
and restore functions
Selecting and installing
additional languages
Printing the inventory
labels for measurements devices
Printing the reports for
review, presentations and other purposes
