Innovative
Training Approach Designed For The Food Manufacturing Sector
A variety
of methods have been adopted through a combination of training in
factories, through a “digital factory” using internationally adopted IT
tools (Produce Plus and PHAROS) and dedicated delivery within the
workplace supported by CoVe’s own specialised facilities.
Enormous
Opportunities for Improvements
The UNIDO
software tools give a standardised approach to getting the most from
capital in plant and machinery, giving visibility to performance and in
doing so revealing potential opportunities for improvement,
Using
Produce Plus, management are analysing the current company situation and
the beneficial impact of changes and CoVE assist in realising the
required improvements.
