The content of capacity building and upgrading programs
"Management of Change with UNIDO Pharos software" is based on

The budget is defined in
collaboration with the national institutions and financial sponsors
accordingly to programme content. The enterprises shall cover the part the package costs (15% - 50%) with
the rest of funds contributed by national and international sources.
The largest part of the budget is usually the salary of national
consultants supporting enterprises on-site during the implementation
period (typically 12-18 months).
