"Management
of Change in industrial enterprise with UNIDO Pharos software suite"
Objectives
The principal
objectives of the training workshop are as follows:
• Introduction to UNIDO Pharos
software suite for managing, measuring and benchmarking business
and manufacturing performance by entrepreneurs, senior
management, consultants and professionals in vocational training
and executive education
• Learning how entrepreneurs
and intermediaries and consultants can use Pharos software
package for improving business results, management of change,
innovations and investments making business more effective and
predictable
• Supporting advanced policy
making based on real-time enterprise benchmarking and
statistical data management
• Using UNIDO Pharos IT
tools for developing of best continuous improvement practices in
Upgrading Programmes for entrepreneurs, sharing the experiences
developed in countries for increasing productivity, quality,
competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises, having
knowledge capital gains
• Applying Pharos software
suite to support certification / benchmarking programmes,
compliance to BASEL II standard in credit risk assessment,
working with investors and presenting business results to
owners.
Entrepreneurs, managers and
enterprise specialists in strategic, finance and production
issues, business consultants, specialists in
public and private organizations dealing with industrial
productivity, quality, competitiveness, entrepreneurship and
innovation in industrial sectors as well as enterprise
certification and financial risk assessment, vocational
trainers.
The approach
will be both mostly practical with methodological overview. The
basic knowledge of PC/ Windows is required.
