New business performance management tool suite by
UNIDO
New major upgrade of business performance management
tools for entrepreneurs and executives was released by GOLEM. The set
integrates all UNIDO software products Pharos, Produce-Plus and FIT for
strategic and production management of industrial enterprises and
supports application of continuous improvement methodology, practices
and benchmarking based on information technology tools.
The software products include
Pharos -
Business Navigator, advanced data export/import module for Pharos,
Produce Plus including data entry, data management and graph modules as
well as Financial Improvement Toolkit (FIT).
The advanced export-import module
significantly enhances Pharos applications by providing data import and
export support from almost any database and file format including such
as Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Paradox, Lotus, Dbase, Quattro, HTML,
XML, SQL, etc.
The feature facilitates optional
integration with some third party software which may exist at the enterprises
such as accounting, production planning & monitoring, quality management
and others. In addition it provides effective and powerful facility for
developing business plans, scenarios as well as various
decision simulations and educational business gaming applications.
The
Produce Plus software includes data
entry and management module and business performance graph module. It
allows enterprise management monitoring, controlling and evaluating
company production performance in detail as well as quickly and easy
viewing of the current status of a business.
The Financial Improvement Toolkit supports
management and entrepreneurs as well as company investors in analysis of
business performance over several business years.
The comprehensive set of relevant introductory and reference materials
was added to CD-ROM along with the UNIDO software. It includes introduction
into business performance management concepts, introduction into
enterprise performance management based on Pharos, production performance management
with Produce Plus and strategic business monitoring with FIT as well as
