Enterprise Performance Improvement Center (EPIC) is
a GOLEM IMS GMBH division supporting implementation of the Contract between UNIDO and GOLEM IMS GmbH on
providing special services in development, distribution, training and
support of UNIDO Business
Performance Software products. The implementation of the Contract
started in April 1998 with its further extension in June 2000.
EPIC by GOLEM IMS GMBH provides technical assistance to UNIDO in
implementation of capacity building programmes applying UNIDO Pharos
suite for improving of enterprise performance management, measuring and benchmarking
in developing countries.
The national support for the software implementation in countries is
realized within the framework of National Focal Points – Enterprise
Performance Improvement Centers established by GOLEM in coordination
with UNIDO. The relevant activities include as follows:

Development of the software
upgrades.

Support of regional partners in provision of value added
services to their clients.

Production of the software and updates.

Certification of the partners and end
users.

Consulting on related applications and product
customization.
The activities and services implemented on self-sufficient financial and
independent legal basis.
This webs site was developed and is maintained
for providing information support for UNIDO
business performance software and its applications worldwide accordingly
to the Contract between UNIDO and GOLEM.
